Managing Your Delivery

Once a package is out of our third party warehouse and in the hands of our carriers, we are unable make delivery requests on your order. Here is what you can do to better manage your delivery and prepare to be home to sign for your package:

  1. If the first delivery fails, the carrier will leave an InfoNotice or door tag with instructions to redirect your package to a pickup hub or schedule a delivery date.
  2. Sign up for a FedEx Delivery Manager account or download UPS My Choice app to manage, track and redirect your packages. Reminder: You MUST be home to sign for your package due to alcohol compliance.
  3. If you're concerned about being home for your delivery, redirect to a local pickup hub or another address (i.e. work address) using the FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS MyChoice app. You can also contact the carrier directly to make delivery requests. Please note that JuneShine is not liable for any carrier fees incurred once the package leaves our warehouse.
  4. Add your phone number for text updates directly from FedEx or UPS so you have a better idea of when your package will arrive.
