Holiday Shipping Guide

Thanks so much for ordering JuneShine for your holiday festivities! We know you are excited to get your 'booch, so here are some helpful guidelines on when to expect your order.

We pack orders within 1-3 weekdays and shipping times can vary depending on your location. The holidays are a busy time for everyone, including our carriers, so your order may take up to 10 days to be delivered, and package scans may be delayed. We recommend ordering as far in advance as possible in case your package is unexpectedly delayed with the carrier.

All major carriers, including FedEx, are delivering a record number of packages due to COVID restrictions and the holiday season, so shipping times have varied slightly for our customers. This also means tracking information hasn’t been updated as quickly and there may be a delay in scanning your package in. We appreciate your patience as carriers are working hard to get packages delivered as quickly as possible!

Please note that due to alcohol laws, all shipments containing alcohol must be received by someone 21+. FedEx's current protocol requires drivers to scan ID upon delivery. When a recipient's ID is scanned, the software only records the first initial and last name encoded within the ID,  the software does not record any other personal data (e.g., driver license numbers, phone numbers, birth date, home address, etc.).” Please contact FedEx directly for more information on this protocol.

We recommend signing up for alerts from FedEx, as the carrier has the most detailed information on the status of your package. If your order does not arrive within 10 days from the shipping date, please reach out to our team at orders@juneshine.co and our team will be happy to help!
